Re-shaping the penal landscape
16–18 March 2016, Keble College, Oxford
We are delighted to announced that Peter Clarke CVO OBE QPM, Chief Inspector of Prisons will speak at our conference in Oxford.
He will join Dame Glenys Stacey, Chief Inspector of Probation; David Strang QPM, Chief Inspector of Prisons for Scotland; Sir Thomas Winsor, Chief Inspector of Constabulary; and Dame Anne Owers, Chair, IPCC and former Chief Inspector of Prisons on a panel which will look at Inspection as a catalyst for penal reform.
Other conference themes will include: Public perceptions of penal reform, Economics and and impact on penal policy, Human rights law and penal reform, Terror and penal reform, Beyond mass incarceration.
